JERR-DAN ADDS RUSH TOWING SYSTEMS TO ITS NATIONWIDE SALES AND SERVICE NETWORK

GREENCASTLE, PENN. (June 17, 2009) - Jerr-Dan Corporation, an Oshkosh Corporation [NYSE: OSK] company and a leading manufacturer of towing and recovery equipment, today announced the addition of Rush Towing Systems of San Antonio, Tex., as its distributor for Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Rush Towing Systems will provide sales, service and support for the full line of Jerr-Dan light-, medium- and heavy-duty carriers and wreckers.

Operated by Rush Enterprises, Rush Towing Systems features 22 locations, 400 service bays and an extensive parts inventory across its Jerr-Dan three-state service area. The company also offers a wide range of truck chassis brands, including Peterbilt, Ford, Hino, GMC, Isuzu and UD.
